The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in typical Chinese style, providing a cozy and traditional ambiance. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests in Mandarin. Overall, a lovely location with great service and authentic room decor.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a lovely tea ceremony table and seating but would benefit from a makeover, especially the carpets. The dampness/mildew smell was a minor issue. The service is exceptional, despite a little hiccup during pick up. The beautiful setting inside a botanic garden adds to the charm. The dining options are varied and enjoyable with a hint of grilled meat. The facilities are satisfactory.

The dining experience was simple but provided good quality meals, with superb unlimited coffee. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay, though there were minor drawbacks.
